Payments and Deposits:
• All hotel reservations must be paid in full at the time of receiving our written confirmation in order to secure your booking. Tour reservations must pay a 10% deposit at the time of booking, 50% payment should be in our office 40 days before arrival date, and the remainder balance should be paid in full with 35 days before departure date of the tour. Payment could be processed through our Pay Pal system which is implemented into our website for your protection and security. Certify checks and money orders are also accepted please inform us of your payment preference. Reservations paid with certified check or money order cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received and processed.

Last minute reservations:
• The acceptance of last minute reservations are subject to the space available and express confirmation from Mexico and Europe Tours. There will incur into an additional fee of $20.00 USD per person for the express service. Full payment is required at the time of our confirmation and no refunds will be allowed on last minute confirmations.

Cancellations and Refunds:
• Cancellations made with 35 days before the departure date of your tour or from hotel arrival are entitled to a full refund.

• Cancellations received with 34 days before your tour departure or from your hotel date of arrival are not refundable.

• Cancellation is considered when notice is received in Mexico and Europe Tours office and a confirmation number is provided.

No Shows:
• Failure to present at the tour initiation or hotel arrival date will incur into a full penalization and loss of the total cost of the tour and/or hotel stay. No refunds will apply in whole or in part.

Unused Features:
• No refunds will apply in whole or in part for any unused portions of tour and or hotel accommodations.

Documents/Passports:
• Mexico country requires current verification and proof of citizenship. Please provide valid official document or passport to custom officer at the time of Mexico’s arrival and to your country upon your return, is the sole responsibility of the traveler to provide proof of these documents. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in cancellation of your package and loss of your full package payment.

Prices:
• All prices are correct, however prices are subject to change without prior notification due to a peso rate exchange fluctuation. In these possible events we will notify you in writing.

Special Travelers Needs:
• Travelers needing special assistance and/or individual assistance for walking dining or other personal needs must be accompanied by an able companion and must notify us at the time of booking for proper arrangements could be instructed.
• Tour participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and any special attention should be reported to Mexico & Europe Tours at the time of booking.

Luggage:
• Mexico and Europe Tours should not be responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.

Gratuities:
• Tips to car drivers, bus drivers, hotel porters, maids, local tour guides are not included in our prices.

Not Included:
• Prices do not include air travel, country entry or departure fees, visas, phone, valet, all items of a personal nature, beverages, and food that are not strictly mentioned in our tour.
• Hotel prices are plus Mexican government tax. Mexico Tours are tax included on price.

Management and Responsibilities:
• Mexico and Europe Tours and/or its agents act only in the capacity as an agent for the passenger in all matters connected with luggage, hotels, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by motor coach, boat, train, airplane or any other means; and is not liable for any damage from any cause. Mexico and Europe Tours and/or its agents are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions. The itineraries shown are subject to revisions, including the substitution of hotels. Mexico and Europe Tours is not liable for any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions of any travel agent or travel agency. Legal proceedings by or against Mexico and Europe Tours, may be instituted only in a state or federal court within the State of Texas, and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time before or during the actual operation of the tour. Mexico and Europe Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time. In the case of computer or human billing error Mexico and Europe reserves the right to re-invoice with correct billing. Mexico and Europe Tours is not responsible for typographical or printing errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.

Supplier:
• Mexico and Europe Tours makes arrangements with hotels, and tour operators to provide you with the travel services you have or will purchase. Such services are subject to the conditions imposed by the supplier and their liability may be limited by tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international arrangements. Mexico and Europe Tours and/or agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or change in schedules, overbooking of hotels, weather, acts of God, force major, war, quarantine or any other cause beyond its control. Mexico and Europe Tours assumes no responsibility or liability in the event of you missing your flights or tours due to weather, other any delays, or late arrivals to your flight. Tour participants purchasing air transportation for these tour packages assume total responsibility and liability at all times.
